WHY DID YOU CHOOSE WSU?

I chose WSU because I loved the campus atmosphere. It felt like everyone who I met truly loved WSU and was excited to be here, even if they were going to an 8AM class. I fell in love with the beautiful campus, the friendly people, Cougar Football Saturdays, my major and my classes and so much more. I soon realized that I am never going to experience anything like this on any other college campus, so knew that I had to go here because this was the best school for me.

ADVICE FOR INCOMING STUDENTS

My advice is to find a group of friends who have the same interests as you. Whether it is a program, a club, Greek life or an intramural sport, having a good group will make your college experience better in more way than one. I have made some amazing friends through my program that I hang out with all the time, but they are also always there to study with, do homework with and help you through tough times. So find a group of friends and stick with them, it will make everything about college just a little bit better.
