What are you studying? Elementary Education with an English Language Learners (ELL) endorsement.

Why are you studying this? What do you hope to do with this afterward?

I have always wanted to be a teacher; I have always loved school and I want to help future students love school as well. After I graduate I hope to teach 4th Grade!

Why did you choose WSU?

I got the chance to tour, and I fell in love with the atmosphere!

What’s been your favorite part of the WSU experience thus far?

My favorite part of the WSU experience is just getting to meet so many different people!

What has been the biggest challenge so far?

The biggest challenge for me has been taking time to relax and recharge, I feel like I am always busy and always on the go!

As a college, we’re focusing on our people being agents of change. What makes you an agent of change?

As a future educator, I will have the opportunity to impact numerous lives. Each student that I help equip with the skills they will need to challenge injustices and change the world make me an agent of change!
