What are you most passionate about when it comes to being a teacher?
I believe that elementary school students tend to be incredibly honest and caring. I’m passionate about embracing a culture of love and acceptance in my future classroom where each of my students feels welcomed and appreciated.

Do you have any advice for incoming freshmen?
I would advise incoming freshman that the next couple of years are going to be a lot of work but to not lose sight of your end goal. You are going through all of this work so that you can have the most important job in the world. Try to remind yourself every now and then that you are doing all of this work in order to make positive impact on the lives of your future students and it will all be worth it.
