The Alhadeff Future Teachers of Color will host its annual conference on Feb. 23, 2019 at WSU’s Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center. The conference will include workshops and interactive seasons focused on fulfilling the recurrent theme of social justice in education. This year’s keynote speaker is College of Education alumna Valencia Toomer, recently named as the 2018 North Carolina principal of the year.
