Nishinomiya Partnership
Nishinomiya-WSU College of Education partnership
Through this longtime partnership, the Nishinomiya Board of Education and WSU College of Education exchange faculty visits, alternating between Pullman and Nishinomiya.
Also, the school system of Nishinomiya, Japan, hires a teacher of English as a second language each year. The 12-month position begins in August and is open to faculty, staff, graduate students, and alumni of the College of Education; Pullman School District teachers, and WSU affiliates. Review of applications begins February 22.

The College of Education held a welcome reception on Oct. 7, 2014 for Ms. Yumi Matsunaga and Ms. Sakurako Yamane, school administrators at the Nishinomiya School Board of Education.
