International School Leadership Program (ISLP)

To enroll in the International School Leadership Program (ISLP), students must also be accepted into the WSU Graduate School. Complete Step One and Step Two as outlined below. Please note that the University of San Francisco Application for Admission form should be submitted, along with the ISLP application, to WSU.  The USF Admission form will then be forwarded on to USF.

STEP ONE:  Apply to the WSU Graduate School 
STEP TWO: Complete ISLP application packet

Please submit all completed application materials to Kelly McGovern, ISLP Academic Coordinator.

  • Supplemental Information Form
Include Statement of Purpose
  • Individual Letter Agreement
Your Head of School/Superintendent/HR office and mentor must sign the Individual Letter Agreement
  • Three Recommendations
The online WSU graduate school application will request names and e-mail address for THREE references. Please include 1) your district superintendent or head of school, 2) your mentor or building administrator, and 3) one supporting reference.
  • Statement of Purpose
Submit with ISLP packet and on-line with WSU graduate school application
  • Resume/Curriculum Vita
Include resume or CV with ISLP application
  • USF Application for Admission form

Submit with ISLP application to Kelly McGovern, ISLP Academic Coordinator

  • Official Transcripts
Submit originals to WSU graduate school and to the University of San Francisco
  • Teaching Certificate
Submit copy of teaching certificate (Required for principal certification)
  • Application Deadlines


June 15 for Fall semester; December 1 for Spring semester
