Have you had any experience in this area, such as an internship?
An internship no, but I’ve had the opportunity to do research in the Psych PA Lab. It’s been very interesting exploring the psychology aspect of kinesiology and how important mentality is when it comes to movement.

Do you have any advice for incoming freshman pursuing this degree?
Utilize your planner and stick to it! There is lots of science classes involved in this major and if science classes aren’t your thing, it’s crucial to keep a planner and update it with times to read the book, make flash cards, go to office hours and study! This is what allowed me to be successful and I wish the same for all of you!
