Short Bio
Mukti Ryan, a part-time doctoral student, is currently a tenured professor at Spokane Falls Community College teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology, microbiology and Nutrition. She has a B.S. in Biotechnology, Zoology, and Chemistry from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. She also received a post-graduate diploma in chemical analysis and quality assurance from Osmania University and an M.S. in Biology from Eastern Washington University. She also serves on the board for Disability Rights Washington. Her research interests include culturally responsible and equitable teaching in the fields of Allied Healthcare, pre-medicine and pre-nursing. She is an animal lover and currently has three dogs of her own.
