Short Bio
Heidi Rhodes’ career as a secondary math teacher, district math specialist, and professional development provider led to her pursuit of a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education. Her research on specialized leadership content knowledge stems from her belief that school leaders are essential for ensuring every child receives a mathematics education that prepares them to thrive in a complex world.
