“Every single professor, adviser and member of the board of education has been more than friendly and has pushed me to strive for excellence. I can honestly say that this program changes you for the better. Every course I’ve had the pleasure of taking has given me endless amounts of tools, knowledge and encouragement for my future teaching endeavors. I have yet to have the chance to start my practicum but that is not to say I am not insanely excited to start in a few weeks! The chance to work with students is finally becoming a reality thanks to all the hard work the college has done for us. My biggest hope and dream is to be able to travel around the world to teach children in school that are less fortunate for a better education or individually help students learn and master the English language. If not this big dream, I hope to find a place in Washington to teach 3rd grade and eventually get my masters and become a principle or administrative figure to help change and better our school system.”
