9th Annual AFTOC Conference: Re-Defining Your Why: Embracing Our Experiences

The Alhadeff Future Teachers of Color (AFTOC) program at Washington State University (WSU) was established in response to the underrepresentation of ethnic minorities in the field of education. This includes individuals who wish to become teachers, principals, superintendents, and educational association or instructional leaders. AFTOC supports and sustains the social-psychological mattering of future teachers of color through programmatical events, such as an annual conference. Methods Workshop

Join us for the eighth annual Methods Workshop. This year’s presenter will be Tenko Raykov, a professor of quantitative methods in the graduate program in measurement and quantitative methods at Michigan State University. This one-day workshop commences with a brief introduction to the popular structural equation modeling methodology. Special emphasis is placed then on its key notions of implied matrix, identification, fit function, model fitting, and parameter estimation.
