Station Assignment

Your station refers to the location within the gym where you will hang your poster.  You will be assigned a station the week of the conference. Please bring your poster to the station no more than five minutes before your session is scheduled to begin. At least one presenter must be at your poster at all times during the two sessions your poster is on display. An announcement will alert you when it is time for sessions to switch.  You will remain at your station for two consecutive sessions.  You stay at the same station for both sessions.  The judges will rotate when your second session is announced.  PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR POSTER DOWN EARLY, it confuses other presenters and judges around you.

Where can I put my poster while I judge?  If you are in a later session as a presenter, please check your poster in the backpack room so that you can judge other presenters with your hands free. This service is provided free of charge.
