PRESENTER INFORMATION

Please take pride in the Kinesiology program! Your role as presenter & judge is essential to our success. The goal of the conference is to produce a strong academic feel that promotes the Kinesiology program to all of WSU.

What to expect day of event

Presenter check in starts at 1:00 pm just inside the main doors of the conference in PEB 144

over 120 presentations means a line for check in. The earlier you arrive, the more relaxed the pace!

Bag/poster check opens at 1:15 pm in PEB 136  No backpacks, cell phones, or posters not being presented allowed.
There is a dedicated side door to pick up posters during your free time before you present.

Presentations run from 2-4 pm. Read through your expected participation during the conference.

If you are in class just prior to the event, please check in as soon as you can arrive.
