After spending 11 years teaching in public schools, and another five years running a mid-sized business, Cory decided to pursue his dream of earning a Ph.D in Educational Psychology from WSU. His research interests involve teacher education and professional development, core practices, and the McDonald learning cycle, specifically the role authentic learning activities plays as a component of each of these activities.
