After you complete the required course work, apply to add the endorsement to a valid Washington certificate.

- Submit official WEST-E score report
- Pay $15 fee to your local ESD
Once you have submitted your completed application your name will be forwarded to OSPI for a new certificate. In the interim you will receive a temporary 180-day permit with the new endorsement

- Once you have completed Section I ask the school district you completed provisional status with to complete Section II. There is no fee for this renewal and the form goes directly to the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI).

- Teachers currently enrolled in WSU’s ProCert Program may apply for a 2-year residency renewal if their Residency Teacher Certificate will expire before they complete their ProCert Program.
