College of Education

Student Recruitment & Retention

The College of Education participates in regular recruitment events targeting incoming freshmen from Washington State and the surrounding areas.  The College of Education also participates in activities designed to recruit students from underrepresented groups, including low-income and first-generation populations.

The College of Education also hosts visitation days each fall and spring for students interested in learning more about its graduate programs.  Students have an opportunity visit with faculty from their program of interest, talk to COE graduate students, attend informational sessions, and begin the application process.

For more information on undergraduate programs and events, get in touch with the Office of Student Services. For information on graduate programs, the Office of Graduate Studies. Contact information is in the right-hand column of this page. Recruitment events are also listed on the college's online calendar .
