Supporting technology
in the College of Education
The Information Systems unit is responsible for providing information technology based support to the College of Education in Pullman. If you require assistance of technical nature, we invite you to call, email, or visit us during our office hours.
An additional service that we provide to the faculty, staff, and graduate students is the availablity to check out digital cameras, camcorders, laptops, and projectors. These items are available to checkout for up to one week, and are often in high demand. Please contact us for more information if you are interested.
Cleveland Hall, room 63, is our main computer lab and technology classroom. It is available for general use, except when there is a class session or other scheduled event . A calendar schedule is posted at the entrance to the lab. If you would like to reserve the lab for one of your classes, please call 335-1738. There is also a smaller computer lab, known as the Production Lab or Pro L, located in room 51. It is a facility for video, sound, and graphics development, editing, and media production. The Pro Lab has both PC and Mac computers, a scanner, and other production equipment. This lab is open to the college's faculty, staff, and graduate students. Undergraduate students may obtain access by permission only.
Be aware that printing in the labs will be charged to the user's personal WSU account at 10 cents per page for a black and white print, and 40 cents per page for a color print. After-hours access is available to both labs for those who have a valid Cougar Card, and who register with us to be given access to the lab. Forms are available in room 54.
