Recent accomplishments
- Dennis Ray received the 2005 Service to WASA award from the Washington Association of School Administrators.
- Board of Directors’ Liaison with Higher Education, Washington Association of School Administrators, 1997- present.
- University Association of Educational Administration, Creating Leaders for Tomorrow’s Schools, October, 1998. Refereed paper presented at national conference in St. Louis.
- East Asia Regional Council of Overseas Schools, Values, Ethics and Skills of Leadership, November, 1998. Presentation at annual conference in Shanghi, China.
- Many workshops for local school boards and other agencies on leadership effectiveness, goal-setting, roles and responsibilities and managing board-superintendent relationships.
