Teaching/professional interests
Jo Clay Olson teaches mathematics education courses. Her areas of research include the assessment and learning of low-performing students (English language learners and special needs) in mathematics, the development of K-10 teachers’ mathematics content knowledge, teachers’ professional development, and the growth of teacher leadership.
