Teaching/Professional Interests
Jensen has served as an elementary and secondary school counselor in the Washington public schools for 14 years. In her present position as Clinical Assistant Professor, she teaches two graduate courses; Current Issues in School Counseling and School Counseling Internship.
Jensen has a wide range of professional interests which include international schools, community college teacher education programs, professional development schools, counselor education and the practice of school counselors, literacy education (teaching writing), and gifted education.
