Research interests
Tim Church is an internationally-known scholar in the area of cross-cultural personality studies that have been supported by a $500,000 grant from the National Institute of Mental Health, and a 5-year $1 million grant from NIMH for extensions of that work. Church has authored two books and numerous articles on this subject.
Teaching/professional interests
Church teaches Cross-Cultural Research in Counseling and Assessment, Career Development, and Psychological Assessment. Church is currently the Counseling Psychology Area Coordinator. Church has served as an associate editor for the Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, and currently serves on the editorial board for Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Journal of Research in Personality, Journal of Personality, Psychological Science, and Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology.
