Mo Zhang is pursuing a Ph.D. in educational research. She works at Learning & Performance Research Center as a graduate research assistant on a National Science Foundation project related to assessment/evaluation tools for engineering programs. Her research interests lie in psychometrics, test development, research methodology, and applied statistics.
She received an M.A. in educational psychology from Washington State University in July 2009. Her thesis discussed differential item functioning in mathematics tests.
