Jenny LeBeau is pursuing a doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration and is a research assistant in the Learning & Performance Research Center. LeBeau has several years of experience working in higher education and has been an AmeriCorps member, a learning specialist working with first generation students, students with limited incomes, and students with disabilities, and a program coordinator working with an academic success initiative. Her interests lie in the first-year experience and retention, as well as in program evaluation and measurement. LeBeau holds a B.S. in biology from the University of Idaho and an M.A. in education from Washington State University.
