Teaching / Professional interests

Dr. Dina Mijacevic teaches courses in strength and conditioning and nutrition in sport and fitness. She is also a member of The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), NSCA-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), and USAW-L1 Certified Performance Coach.

Research interests

Dr. Mijacevic’s research interests in the field of kinesiology are twofold: 1) enhancing sport performance through mechanical ergogenic aids like free weights (dumbbells and barbells) and nutritional ergogenic aids like dietary supplements and 2) enhancing performance through body/self connection.
