This document includes all of the information required for application to the athletic training education program at WSU. -
Confidentiality waiver
»
Print, read and sign the confidentiality waiver prior to beginning your observation hours. The waiver needs to be on file with the ATEP clinical coordinator before observation hours. The ATEP clinical coordinator will also help you with scheduling. -
Observation guidelines
»
Prior to the application deadline, April 1, you are required to have completed 20 hours of observation in the athletic training facilities at WSU. You are encouraged to fulfill the observation requirement as early as possible. This document explains all of the procedures, requirements and expectations for completing those observation hours. -
